Urworld Sim provides excellent, friendly and prompt service. Any issues are dealt with almost immediately and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Lu Giba has been fantastic with brilliant service while I have been traveling in Australia and New Zealand. Nach ein paar kurzen E-Mails hin und her wurde mir ein individuelles, persönliches Paket für Ägypten rasch und unkompliziert geschnürt. Habe die SIM-Karte fertig aktiviert heute per Post bekommen, eingesetzt und es hat funktioniert. Wirklich super - kann ich nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!!
Leider ging beim Installieren etwas schief. Aber ich habe von einem super und erst noch persönlichen Service der Supportstelle profitiert. All meine Fragen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Die nötige Zweit-SIM Karte habe ich innerhalb 24Stunden bereits vorinstalliert erhalten. Nun läuft alles wie geschmiert. Beeindruckend!
